Ann
first entered the world of medicine in 1965 as a student
nurse at the Logan & Johnston School of Nursing in
Glasgow. From there she moved to Killearn Hospital and
the Western Infirmary in Glasgow where she graduated as
a Registered General Nurse specialising in Orthopaedics.
Throughout her career in nursing, Ann has developed an
interest in alternative therapies having experienced at
first hand their effectiveness through contact with several
practitioners.
This interest led her to an intensive study of Reiki resulting
in her achieving the advanced degree in this ancient form
of healing which, in turn, generated her interest in Swedish
Massage and Indian Head Massage.
Ann is now well established as a practitioner of the highest
calibre and operates from her tastefully decorated, functional
and relaxing therapy room in Fortrose. |
